Pay Scale:
Selected candidates, Applying for WBSSC Motor Vehicle Inspector Recruitment 2017, will receive the following Salary:
Motor Vehicle Inspector(Non-Technical): Rs. 7100 – 37600/- per month with grade pay of Rs.4100 per month.
Motor Vehicle Inspector(Technical): Rs. 7100 – 37600/- per month with grade pay of Rs.3900 per month.
Eligibility Criteria for WBSSC Motor Vehicle Inspector Recruitment 2017
Age Limit & Relaxation:
Candidates age limit should not be less than 18 years and should not be more than 32 years as on 01 January 2016.
The Age Relaxation extra for the following categories candidates
For SC / ST Category Candidates: 5 Years
For OBC Category Candidates: 3 Years
For PWD Category Candidates: 10 Year
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should have completed Madhyamik Examination or its equivalent exam passed with Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with two year’s experience for MVI Technical and Bachelor’s degree for MVI (Non-Technical).

Rs. 220/- for General/OBC category candidates and RS. 20/- for ST/SC category Candidates.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test and Interview conducted by West Bengal Staff Selection Commission.
