Educational Qualification:
Aspirants should be a graduate from a recognized university or its equivalent organization. and ability to read, write and speak in Bengali (not required for recruitment in the case of Nepali speaking candidates from hill areas of the District of Darjeeling).

Selection of the candidates will be in three steps, i.e. (i) Preliminary Examination, (ii) Main Examination and (iii) Personality Test.
