Name of the Post: Junior Employment Officer (Non Differently Abled) to Lower Division Clerk Number of Total Vacancies: 5529 Posts
Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree Technical Qualification: (i) Must have passed the Government Technical Examination in Typewriting:-
both by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English and (ii) Must have passed the Government Technical
Examination in Shorthand:- both by Higher / Senior Grade in Tamil and English Provided that if candidates with the qualifications referred to in items (i) and (ii) above are not available, candidates who have passed the following examinations in the order of preference indicated below will be considered for selection namely: –
a. Government Technical Examination in Typewriting and Shorthand in Tamil both by the Higher / Senior Grade and Typewriting and Shorthand in English both by the Lower / Junior Grade.
b. Government Technical Examination in Typewriting and Shorthand in English both by the Higher / Senior
Grade and Typewriting and Shorthand in Tamil both by the Lower / Junior Grade.
(iii) Certificate course in Computer on Office Automation awarded by the Technical Education Department.
Scale of Pay: he selected candidates will the get pay scale 36,900 to 75,900 Per Month and Other facility or/and allowance as per Tamil Nadu Government Rules.
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be not less than 18 years and not more than 32 years as on 01.07.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 03 years for Ex-Servicemen and 05 years SC/ST category candidates.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made in three successive stages i.e., (i) Written Examination (ii) Physical Test (Walking Test) and (iii) Oral Test.
How to Apply: (1) Applicants should apply only through online mode in the Commission’s websites http://www.tnpsc.gov.in or http://www.tnpscexams.in
(2) ³One Time Registration ”using Aadhar is mandatory before applying for any post. Applicant should register only once in the One Time Registration by paying Rs.150/- as registration fee. Successfully registered One Time Registration is valid for five years from the date of registration. All the applications should be submitted using the One Time Registration ID and password registered by the applicant.
(3) To apply under One Time Registration System, applicants should have a scanned image of their photograph, certificates specified, if any, and signature in CD/DVD/Pen Drive to upload the same, as per the specifications given in the guidelines for scanning and uploading of photograph and signature.
(4) No applicant is permitted to create more than one registration ID under One Time Registration System.
(5) Applicants should enter the Unique ID and Password to view the already available information and update them. They shall not share the ID / PASSWORD with any other Person or Agency.
