Paschim Medinipur DLSA Recruitment 2018 for 30 Para Legal Volunteer Posts: Office of the District Legal Services Authority (Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal) has published a notification for the recruitment of 30 Para Legal Volunteer Vacancy. The applicant should have the following qualifications to apply for the enlistment/selection of Para Legal Volunteer:
1. He/She must be a citizen of India.
2. The applicant should have a capacity for overall comprehension and should have the mindset to assist the needy in the society.
3. The enlistment of Para Legal Volunteers does not carry any salary, remuneration or wages except Honorarium fixed by the National Legal Services Authority from time to time for their voluntary services.
4. The filled up application along with self-attested copies of certificate in respect of age, qualification, and proof of residence along with work experience if any should reach the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, Paschim Medinipur on or before 28.04.2018.
5. Incomplete application will be rejected without assigning any reasons. No application will be entertained after the last date fixed.
6. The decision of the selection committee short-listing the number of candidates for the interview and selection of Para Legal Volunteer shall be final. They will be enlisted as per relevant scheme in this regard.
7. Enlisted Para Legal Volunteers shall be required to undergo training programme as per the decision of the District Legal Services Authority, Paschim Medinipur.
8. In case of any objection regarding enlistment of Para Legal Volunteers the decision of the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Paschim Medinipur shall be final and binding on concerned.
9. List of short-listing eligible candidates, if any will be notified in the Official Notice Board as well as uploaded on the Official website of the District of Paschim Medinipur i.e. http://www.ecourts.gov.in/WestMedinipur.
10. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate.
