Eligibility Criteria of OSSC Traffic Constable Recruitment 2022
Educational Qualification: The candidate to be eligible to apply for the post must have passed + 2 Examination or equivalent examination conducted by Recognised Board/University/Institution. And He/ She must have passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject, or have passed High School Certificate Examination or equivalent examination with Odia as a subject/medium of examination in non-Language subject, or have passed in Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII or above or have passed a test in Odia in M.E. School Standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.
Age Limit & Relaxation: The candidate’s age limit should be not less than 21 years and not more than 38 years as on 01.01.2021. The upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/BC, 3 years for Ex-Servicemen/ N.C.C. category, and 10 years for Physically Handicapped persons.
Salary Scale: The candidates are expected to undergo a selection process consisting of physical standards tests, physical tests, written exams, and career assessments. On selection, the candidate will be appointed as Initial Appointee carrying remuneration of Rs.13300/- per month.
