Important Details Of National Overseas Scholarship 2019
Post Doctoral: 1st class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s degree (second class with 50% marks in case of STs), Ph.D and 5 years’ research/teaching/Professional experience.
Ph.D: 1 st class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Master’s degree (second class with 50% marks in case of STs) and 2 years’ teaching/Professional experience or M.Phil Degree in the concerned field.
Minister’s Degree: 1 st class or 60% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Bachelor’s degree (second class with 50% marks in case of STs) and 2 years’ work experience in the concerned field.
Eligibility Criteria:
♦ Candidates whose age limit should not be less than 35 years of age as on update soon they can take the advantage of National Overseas scheme.
♦ Applicant must have 55% marks or equivalent grade in relevant Bachelors’ Degree
♦ There should be not more than two children of the same Parents/ Guardians and to this effect, a self-certification will be required from the candidates
♦ Candidates whose Total family income does not exceed Rs. 6, 00,000 Rs. Six Lakh per annum) (Approx) will be eligible to take the advantage of this scholarship.
Selection Process:
students who have already obtained unconditional offer letter to take admission in one of the reputed Universities/Educational Institution abroad for the academic session 2019-20 onwards then you can take the benefits of the award on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Validity Period:
Post-Doctoral: 1and ½ years
Ph.D.: 4 years
Master’s Degree: 3 years
