It was established in 1969 & The college is affiliated with the Cooch Behar Panchanan Barma University & accredited as C+ Grade by NAAC. It offers undergraduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce. It is one of the oldest college in Mathabhanga. The Mathabhanga College possesses 10.78 acres of land.
