Eligibility Criteria for Job in Rourkela Steel Plant 2019

Educational Qualification: Matriculation with 03 years Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline of Mechanical/ Metallurgy/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation from Govt. recognized institute. Please read official notification for post wise details essential qualification.

Age Limit: The candidates age limit should be between 18 to 30 years for Jr. Manager & Operator cum Technician (Boiler Operator) Posts, and 18 years to 28 years as on 31.07.2019 for Operator cum Technician (Trainee) posts. The maximum age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates.

Application Fee:
(i) Candidates belonging to General/OBC category will be required to pay Application Fee, as given below. Candidates will have to bear the Bank charges, if any in addition to the applicable Application Fee.

(a) Rs.500/- for the post of Executives.
(b) Rs.250/- for the post of Non-Executives.

(ii) SC/ST/PWD/ESM/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
