Eligibility Criteria for Jail Department Recruitment 2018

Educational Qualification: The candidates should have passed Matriculation (10th examination) from a recognized Education Board.

Age Limit & Relaxation: The candidate’s age limit should be not less than 18 years and not more than 26 years as on 1st January 2019. The upper age limit relaxation as per Government Rules.

Pay Scale: The selected candidates will be eligible to receive a monthly payment of Rs.12,800/-, and If any other allowance as per Government rules.

Application Fees: The candidates belonging to Unreserved & OBC category need to pay of Rs.500/-, and SC, ST & Reserved category needs to pay of Processing fee of Rs.400/-.

Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a Written Test and Physical Eligibility Test.
