Details Information Of Irrigation Department Assam Recruitment 2020
Age Limit & Relaxation:
♦ Candidates not below 18 years and uper age limit should not be more than 38 years old as on 01.01.2020.
♦ Upper age relaxation will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC & 10 years for PH Candidates.
Academic Qualification:
As applicable to posts, candidates must have finished at least the minimum eligible qualification.
a. Subordinate Engineer (Civil): Certificate of Draftsmanship in Civil. b. Subordinate Engineer (Mechanical): Certificate of Draftsmanship in Mechanical. c. Junior Assistant (HOD Level): Passed Degree Exam in any discipline from a recognized university. d. Junior Assistant (District Level): Passed Degree Exam in any discipline from a recognized university. e. Section Assistant:HS (10th) or equivalent passed from any recognized Board/Council. f. Power Pump Operator: HS (10th) or equivalent passed from any recognized Board/Council with ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical. g. Primary Investigator: HS (10th) or equivalent passed from any recognized Board/Council in any stream with Mathematics as one of the subject.
Selection Process:
OMR based written examination will be held for all category of posts at specified locations to be decided in due course of time. Wherever applicable, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a Computer Proficiency test/Skill test the date and venue of which will be notified later on. Selection of candidates shall be on the basis of OMR based written test and Computer proficiency test (as applicable). There will not be any Viva-Voce in the selection process against any of the posts.
