Eligible Criteria of India Government Mint Kolkata Recruitment 2021
a. SUPERVISOR:
Essential Qualification: First Class Diploma in Engineering in respective discipline from a recognized University/ Board/ Institute. Scale of Pay: Rs.26,000 – 1,00,000/- (3rd PRC). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 30 years.
b. Engraver-III:
Essential Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts (Sculpture/ Metal Works/ Painting) with atleast 55% marks. Scale of Pay: Rs.8,500-20,850/- (2nd PRC). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 28 years.
c. JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT:
Essential Qualification: Graduation with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed in English @40 wpm/ Hindi @30 wpm. Scale of Pay: Rs.8,350-20470/- (2nd PRC). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 28 years.
d. JUNIOR BULLION ASSISTANT:
Essential Qualification: Graduation with at least 55% marks and computer knowledge with typing speed in English @40 wpm/ Hindi @30 wpm. Scale of Pay: Rs.8,350-20470/- (2nd PRC). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 28 years.
e. JUNIOR TECHNICIAN:
Essential Qualification: 10th pass with full time ITI Certificate in respective Trade from a recognized Board/ Institute. Scale of Pay: Rs.8,350-20470/- (2nd PRC). Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 years to 25 years.
Upper age limit: The maximum age shall be relaxable by 03 years for OBC and 05 years for SC/ST. (10 years for PH category).
Application Fees: The candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay application fees of Rs.600/- for each post. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen are required to pay Rs.200 as intimation charges.
Selection Process: Selection for the posts will be done through examination which will be conducted “Online”, and will be of objective type.
The Objective type of online examination will consist of tests as below:
a. General Science: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
b. Logical Reasoning: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
c. General Awareness: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
d. English Language: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
e. Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Questions (20 marks)
