Educational Qualification: The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary from the WBCHSE or its equivalent from any recognized Board or Council or University.
Age Limit: The candidate’s age limit should be between 18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2018. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC/Ex-Servicemen.
Salary Scale: Pay Band-2 Rs.5400 to 25200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.2600/- and Other Allowances will also be admissible as per Government orders in the force.
Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Written Examination Test, and Viva-voce Test.
