♦ Officers in the Central Government / State Governments or in Courts holding analogous posts on regular basis; or Stenographers Grade ‘D’ with eight years regular service in the scale of ₹ 4000-100-6000/-(Pre-revised) or equivalent.
♦ From amongst the employees of Central Government/ State Government and Courts/ Tribunals holding analogous post on regular basis.
