Eligibility Criteria of Border Roads Organization Recruitment 2021
Age Limit & Relaxation:
The eligible candidates are requested age limit should be between 18 to 25 years for Multi Skilled Worker post and 18 to 27 years for Vehicle Mechanic and Driver Mechanical Transport Posts. The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC, ST, Departmental candidate & Meritorious Sports Persons (UR), 03 years for OBC and 10 years PH (UR) candidates.
Pay Band & Grade Pay:
The selected candidates will get pay scale (Pay Band–1) of Rs.18,000 to 56,900/- for Multi Skilled Worker and (Pay Band – 2) Rs.19,900 to 63,200/- for Vehicle Mechanic and Driver Mechanic Transport Posts.
Essential Educational Qualification:
Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. Painter Certificate from ITI for Training in the Vocational Trades/ State Council for Vocational Training. OR Possessing certificate of Mechanic in Motor Vehicle/ Diesel/ Heat Engine. OR Possessing a heavy Motor vehicle driving license.
Mode of Selection:
The selection shall be made through Examination / Interview and Physical Endurance Test / Skill Test as applicable to each post. Details in this regard for each post will be published on the Board’s Website later. Candidates are advised to keep a watch of the same.
