Eligibility Criteria:
A student may be admitted to BA/B.Com 3 years Degree Course (Honours/General) after passing the 12th examination conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or examination conducted by Indian School Certificate or Central Board of Secondary Education or any other Board recognized as equivalent provided he/she passed in at least four subjects with English as compulsory subject, excluding Environmental Studies/Environmental Science/Environmental Education. All students of Higher Secondary (Vocational) course (10+2 levels) shall be treated as equivalent with the course curriculum & syllabus of the WB Council of Higher Secondary Education w.e.f. the session 2009-10. Such students shall be admitted only in Part I Gen Course of BA.B.Com. Eligibility criteria for regular Hons course are 50% marks in the aggregate or 55% marks in the aggregate or 50% marks in the aggregate with 60% marks in the subject offered for Hons shall be eligible.
